Hace algunas semanas, realizamos una convocatoria para recibir obras sobre la guerra en Ucrania, con el fin de recopilar la antología #ArtePorUcrania / #ArtForUkraine.

In recent weeks we made a call to receive works about the war in Ukraine, in order to compile the anthology #ArtePorUcrania / #ArtForUkraine.

Recibimos 36 obras de poesía, relato y artes visuales y plásticas. ¡Muchas gracias a todos por participar!

We received 36 works of poetry, short stories, and plastic and visual arts. We thank you all for participating!

Edición y publicación

Las obras serán recopiladas en una antología que será puesta a la venta en formato paperback, hardcover y eBook a través de Amazon y otras librerías en varios países en impresión on-demand. Será publicada a través de la Editorial Salto al reverso.

Todas las regalías provenientes de las ventas de la antología serán donadas a Voices of Children, una fundación ucraniana que proporciona asistencia continua a niños y familias afectadas por la guerra en ese país, brindando atención psicológica de emergencia y ayudando en el proceso de evacuación.

El proceso de edición de la antología es el siguiente:

• Permisos: Los autores deben enviar una foto de perfil y llenar un formulario de permisos de publicación (quienes no lo hayan hecho aún): https://www.emailmeform.com/builder/form/0fLICUXk7e75B8Ydz54y2Nabd
• Corrección: Los autores de obras escritas podrían recibir una versión de su obra con correcciones ortotipográficas y de estilo para su aprobación.
• Maquetación: El libro será maquetado en el programa de diseño editorial InDesign.
• Diseño de portada: Se realizará un diseño de portada y contraportada con las obras seleccionadas.
• Publicación: El libro será publicado en Amazon y a través de alianzas de distribución que lo colocan en librerías de varios países en impresión on-demand. Más información: Distribución internacional.
• Lanzamiento y promoción: El libro será lanzado formalmente y promocionado a través de los sitios web y redes sociales de Arte y denuncia (arteydenuncia.wordpress.com, @arteydenuncia) y Editorial Salto al reverso (editorialsaltoalreverso.com, @saltoalreverso).
• Ventas y donaciones: El libro estará disponible a la venta a través de los canales mencionados y las regalías serán donadas a la organización seleccionada.

Los autores recibirán actualizaciones acerca del proceso de edición y publicación a través de correo electrónico y en este sitio web.

Editing and publishing

The works will be compiled in an anthology that will be put on sale in paperback, hardcover and eBook formats through Amazon and other bookstores in several countries in on-demand printing. It will be published through the publishing house Editorial Salto al reverso.

All royalties from the sales of the anthology will be donated to Voices of Children, a Ukrainian foundation that provides ongoing assistance to children and families affected by the war in that country, providing emergency psychological care and assisting in the evacuation process.

The anthology editing process is as follows:

• Proofreading: Authors of written works may receive a version of their work with spelling and style corrections for their approval.
• Layout: The book will be designed in the program Adobe InDesign.
• Cover design: A cover and back cover design will be made out of the selected works.
• Publishing: The book will be published on Amazon and through distribution alliances that place it in bookstores in several countries through print on-demand. More information: Distribución Internacional.
• Launch and promotion: The book will be formally launched and promoted through the websites and social media channels of Arte y denuncia (arteydenuncia.wordpress.com, @arteydenuncia) and Editorial Salto al reverso (editorialsaltoalreverso.com, @saltoalreverso).
• Sales and donations: The book will be available for purchase through the aforementioned channels and the royalties will be donated to the selected organization.

Authors will be updated about the editing amd publishing process via email and on this website.
